finish in this wine, lending vitality to
plump yellow apple and pear. A blend of
70% Grenache Blanc, 25% Clairette and 5%
Bourboulenc matured six months in equal
parts stainless steel and oak, it offers
penetrating orchard-fruit flavors marked
by smoke, white pepper and dill.
