WEVE OF CHILE
VINEYARD OF ORIGIN
Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Petit Verdot from the Los Lingues estate, at the foot of the Andes Mountains. Syrah from Lolol, near the Pacific Ocean.
Preselected plots of the Colchagua Valley.
DESCRIPTION OF THE VINEYARD
Los Lingues: Located on the northeast edge of the
Colchagua Valley, at the foot of the Andes Mountains, Los Lingues has its own microclimate, transforming into a small sub-valley. The Carmenere and the Cabernet Sauvignon achieve extremely high qualities and unique character. El Carmenere de Los Lingues has become a benchmark of quality, obtaining countless high scores and recognitions at a national and international level.
Lolo/: It is the cradle of Chilean traditions and the huaso, a typical character of our country. There, as in very few places in Chile, you can appreciate the most starry nights thanks to the purity of the sky. This virgin land is located in a straight line, just 30 km from the Pacific Ocean.
SOIL AND CLIMATE
The soil is of alluvial-colluvial origin and is composed of ancient terrace formations. Low organic matter and medium-low fertility. The profile varies in texture from fine sand, clay, and angled granite stones, with excellent drainage. The farm, being at the foot of the Andes Mountains, has a

unique and highly varied topography, making it a fascinating place to do micro-terroir studies.
Mediterranean temperate climate. The influence of the Andes Mountains is felt through cool nights that allow day-night temperature fluctuations of up to 20°C, ideal for the concentration of fruit in the grapes. The opening between the two mountain ranges creates a breeze that maintains a uniform temperature between the bunches and ensures an excellent sanitary condition. Also here the average rainfall is less than the rest of the valley. The wines are of exceptional quality, full-bodied and coloured, with natural sweetness and soft tannins.
Grapes cooled to 50 C upon arrival at the winery.
Manual selection before and after destemming. And depending on the variety:
Pre-fermentative maceration for 6 to 8 days at 60

6 months in the bottle before going on the market.
Ruby red color with violet rims. Aromas of black cherries, figs, blackberries, blueberries, black tea, cardamom, leather, cedar and tobacco. On the palate it has medium-high acidity, silky and well-integrated tannins, ripe black fruit, sweet spices, floral and minty flavours.
Its finish is long and elegant.
