Intense violet red color with aromas of black plums, blueberries, figs, black pepper and leather. On the palate it has medium-high acidity, abundant tannins, ripe black fruit, it is floral, with meaty and spicy flavors.

Manual selection of grapes prior to destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 5 days at 6°C. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 13 days at 27°C-30°C. Post-fermentation maceration for 3 days. Descu-bado and malolactic fermentation.
15% aged in French oak barrels for 5 months; 85% in stainless steel tanks.
Serve with stewed lamb with roasted vegetables.
Serve between 16 and 18°C.
